Commercial Architect for the Lehigh Valley

4/4 Architecture Earns AIA EPA Award of Excellence

Our Mission

4/4 Architecture believes architecture has the power to shape every aspect of our lives. As a commercial architect, 4/4 aims to educate the public on the positive impact of good design and demonstrate how beautiful spaces can enhance our world.

Our Approach

Under the leadership of commercial architect Gary Lader, we will enable you to grow your business into a new or redesigned space, attract clients, and accommodate tenants. Our humanistic philosophy and innate curiosity fuels our approach to design projects. In other words, we get to know our clients and building users beyond the functional scope of the building project. 4/4 Architecture designs spaces that respond to their needs in a way that promotes health, joy, and overall well-being. As a result, you’ll see greater revenues and better employee retention.

Many of our clients are business owners, property managers, and construction managers. In addition to commercial projects, which make up a majority of our portfolio, we also take great pride in our public works projects and non-profit clients, including houses of worship.

Our Commitment

Architecture isn’t about me, and it isn’t about you; it’s about us…together.  4/4 Architecture is reliable because we listen and meet our deadlines. We understand having an effective team is key, so we put an emphasis on collaboration throughout the project process. The most successful spaces are ones designed with placemaking in mind; spaces that elevate the user experience and benefit society as a whole. You can count on our 15+ years serving Lehigh Valley businesses as a commercial architect. In addition, if you tap into our network of building and engineering partners, they’ll confirm selecting 4/4 Architecture means you’re working with someone you can trust.
